An asset transfer request has been made to Angus Council under Part 5 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.

The request has been made by Phoenix (Forfar) Gymnastics Club and relates to the former tennis courts and associated car parking, Craig O’Loch Road, Forfar

The request is for ownership of the former tennis courts and associated car parking, Craig O’Loch Road, Forfar.

The proposed use of the land is to provide a unit to house a purpose built gymnastics facility.

Anyone may make representations about this request to Angus Council.  Representations must be in writing and include the name and address of the person making it.

A copy of the representation will be given to the organisation making the request.

Representations must be made by 27th May  2019 .  They should be sent to CommAssetTransfer@angus.gov.uk
