On 30/7/2018 the Council made The Angus Council (America Street, Montrose) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2018 under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 for the purpose of maintaining access for vehicles associated with refurbishment works at Montrose Port.
The Order will come into force from Monday 6 August 2018 from which date it is anticipated that the work will last for a period of 24 months. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit the waiting of vehicular traffic on America Street Montrose for its entire length.
