ASSET TRANSFER UNDER THE COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT ACT
NOTICE OF ASSET TRANSFER REQUEST
An asset transfer request has been made to Angus Council under Part 5 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.
The request has been made by Brechin City Band and relates 19-21 City Road, Brechin, DD9 6DW
The request is for purchase building.
The proposed use of the building is improve and up-grade the building for the purposes of music playing and performances and encourage more children and adults to take part in playing. Drawings are attached to show upgrade and proposals.

Anyone may make representations about this request to Angus Council. Representations must be in writing and include the name and address of the person making it. A copy of the representation will be given to the organisation making the request.
Representations must be made by 30 October 2017. They should be sent to CommAssetTransfer@angus.gov.uk
