Description of Proposed Variation: 1.Children and young persons must be accompanied by an adult when admitted to the premises.
2. Change of Premises Manager from Mark Richard Congleton to John Patrick Mercer.
3. Change name of premises to 'Clachan Grill'.
4. Increase current core hours Monday - Sunday from 17:00 - 23:00 hours to 12:00 noon to 00:00 hours.
5. Remove seasonal variations.
6. Increase capacity following alternations to layout due to provision of a waiting area.
7. Change to layout with storage room being converted to customer waiting area, beverage store and office/cleaning cupboard.
