Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order is to impose temporary lane Closures on Garthdee Road, Aberdeen between Garthdee Roundabout and entrance to boots & Curry's. The Lane Closures will start with Lane 2 on either side of the carriageway. As works commence this will be changed to lane 1 on either side of the carriageway. There will also be a temporary traffic crossing installed for the duration of these works. These restrictions are in the interest of public safety during ACC ITS Refurbishment works.
