THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (INCHBRAE GARDENS / INCHBRAE DRIVE, ABERDEEN) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2023
Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 00:01 on 14 November 2023, until 23:59 on 13 November 2024, is to establish: -
a northbound one-way on Inchbrae Gardens
a mandatory 20mph speed limit on Inchbrae Gardens
a prohibition of waiting at any time on the north side of Inchbrae Drive, from its junction with Inchbrae Gardens, (i) westwards for a distance of 10 metres, and (ii) eastwards for a distance of 10 metres.
These measures are necessary in the interests of public safety and associated with the new residential development at Inchbrae Gardens.
