Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 21st July, 2023, until 18:00 on 31st July, 2023, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on the west side of Kirkhill Drive, Aberdeen, from the electrical substation to the entrance to units numbers 2-5 Airside Business Park. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones.
The measure is necessary to protect public safety during duct laying works being carried out by City Fibre.
