Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:00 on 29 May, 2023, until 06:00 on 3 June, 2023, Broomhill Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Holburn Road and Holburn Place. An alternative route is available via Holburn Street, Gray Street and Broomhill Road. There will also be a prohibition of waiting for any purpose on either side of the same stretch of road. Also on Gray Street, Aberdeen, between its junction with Broomhill Road and the north boundary of 94 Gray Street and between its junction with Holburn Street and the south boundary of 154 Gray Street and also on Abergeldie Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with Broomhill Road and the south boundary of 74 Abergeldie Road. This is for the bus diversion routes. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
