Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on, 22 June 2023 until 22:00 on 04 July 2023, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Valentine Drive, Aberdeen, from the boundary between numbers 9 and 11 Valentine Drive to the boundary between numbers 11 and 15 Valentine Drive. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. An alternative route is available via Valentine Road. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during works for Scottish Water.
