Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 04:00 on 18 May 2023, until 17:00 on 01 June 2023, is to impose temporary prohibition of driving on Howe Moss Crescent, from Howe Moss Drive to Hove Moss Avenue. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of road for the durations of the works. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Residential access will be permitted when safe to do so. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC carriageway resurfacing.
