Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 09:00 on 24 April 2023, until 08:00 on 25 April 2023, is to impose a temporary no-waiting restriction on either side of Charleston Road North, Aberdeen, from its junction with Whitehills Lane South to the boundary between numbers 115 and 117 Charleston Road North. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during works for Scottish Water.
