Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:00 on Monday, 13 February 2023, until 18:00 on Sunday, 5 March February 2023, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting for any purpose on either side of Schoolhill [pocket park] Road, Aberdeen, between the east boundary of the Aberdeen Art Gallery and Museum to the east boundary of ONE tech hub. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during sewer repairs works by Clancy for Scottish Water.
