Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 20 February 2023, until 17:00 on 24 February 2023, is to impose a temporary no-waiting restriction on either side of Queens Road, Aberdeen, on the service road from the driveway at number 79 Queens Road to its junction with Bayview Road South. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during works for BT Openreach.
