Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 04:00 on 09 January 2023 until 17:00 on 31 January 2023, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Abbotshall Drive from Friarsfield Road to Abbotshall Place. There will be a prohibition of waiting on both sides of the carriageway for any reason for the duration of the works.
The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. These measures are necessary to protect public safety during ACC footway improvement works.
