Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 30 January 2023, until 17:00 on 5 February 2023, is to impose a temporary no-waiting restriction on either side of Bonnymuir Place, Aberdeen, from the boundary between numbers 76-80 and 82 Bonnymuir Place to the boundary between numbers 81-83 and 93-95 Bonnymuir Place. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during works for Scottish Water.
