Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 09:00 on 10 January 2023, until 06:00 on 11 January, 2023, is to impose a one-way restriction on Market Street, Aberdeen, at its junction with Guild Street Northward for a distance 20 metres. The permitted direction of travel will be Southbound only. The restriction is in the interests of public safety during ironworks renewals by Scottish Water.
