Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 9 January, 2023, until 18:00 on 18 January, 2023, will have a prohibition of waiting at any time on either side of Murray Terrace, Aberdeen, between the west boundary of 29 Murray Terrace and the west boundary of 41 Murray Terrace. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
