From 08:00 on 5 December 2022 until 22:00 on 17 March 2023, the following restrictions will be imposed only as and when required.

Tullos Circle, Aberdeen, will be closed from its junction with Mansfield Place to its junction with Tullos Place. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of road. An alternative route is available via Mansefield Place, Glenbervie Road, Oscar Road and Grampian Place.

Tullos Place, Aberdeen, will be one-way from its junction with Tullos Circle to its junction with Balnagask Road. The permitted direction of travel will be south-eastbound only. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of road. the same stretch of road will be closed from 19:00 on a Friday evening until 06:30 on the following Sunday morning only. An alternative route is available via Balnagask Road and Battock Place.


From 08:00 on 9 January 2023 until 22:00 on 31 March 2023, the following restrictions will be imposed only as and when required.

There will be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Balnagask Road, Aberdeen, from its junction with Mansefield Place to its junction with Farquhar Avenue.

Loirston Place, Aberdeen, and Girdlestone Place, Aberdeen, will be closed at their junctions with Balnagask Road. The existing one-way systems will be suspended to allow access to and egress from properties.

Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
