Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:00 on 21 November, 2022, until 20:00 on 23 November, 2022, is to impose a one-way restriction on Wellington Place, Aberdeen, between its junctions with South College Street and Crown Street. The permitted direction of travel will be westbound only. Also, there will be no waiting on either side of the same stretch of road. The restriction is in the interests of public safety during carriageway reconstruction works by WM Donald for ACC.
Alternative Route: An alternative route for eastbound vehicles is available via Crown Street, Union Street and Bridge Street.
