Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 22:00 on 4 December 2022, until 06:00 on 5 December 2022, is to close Ellon Road, Aberdeen, between Tarves Road and Parkway. The measure is necessary to protect public safety while a contraflow system is remodelled.
