Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 04:00 on 11 October 2022 until 17:00 on 24 October 2022, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Provost Fraser Drive (insert line) from , Kettlehills Crescent
to Bayron Avenue for the durations of the works. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on the same stretch of road for the duration of the works. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during ACC carriageway resurfacing works.
Alternative Route: Bayron Avenue, Bayron Square, Deansloch Crescent, Kettlehills Crescent and vice versa
