Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 17 October, 2022 until 18:00 on 15 April, 2023, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting for any purpose on either side of Albyn Grove, Aberdeen, between its junction with Albyn Lane and a point 45 metres or there by north of this junction. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during use of a temporary entrance to the Albyn Hospital.
