Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 29 September, 2022, until 18:00 on 1 October, 2022, is to close Richmond Terrace, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Rosemount Place and the north boundary of 12 Richmond Terrace. There will also be a prohibition of waiting for any purpose on either side of the same stretch of road. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. During this time, the existing one-way restriction on Richmond Terrace, Aberdeen, will be suspended.
The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during repairs works by Openreach.
