Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order , which will operate from 04:00 on 22 September, 2022 until 17:00 on 06 October 2022, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Grampian Road, Aberdeen from Grampian Place to Polwarth Road. Local Access will be maintained when possible and safe to do so. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of road for the durations of the works. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC resurfacing works.
