Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 09:00 on 12 September 2022 until 16:00 on 25 September 2022, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Monearn Gardens, Aberdeen for any reason for the duration of the works. There will also be a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of the full length of Monearn Gardens, Aberdeen, Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 16:00 for duration of works. School and Local access will be granted for local residents when save to do so. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during Highland Surfacing resurfacing works
