Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 16:00 on 17 August 2022 until 22:00 on 12 February 2023, is to impose a temporary prohibition of prohibition of traverse by pedestrians on the streets listed in the schedule below.
Phase 1; the C48C Oldmeldrum Road, Aberdeen, from its junction with the A947 New Stoneywood Road to its junction with Bankhead Road.
Phase 2; on the east side of the A947 New Stoneywood Road, Aberdeen, from the steps leading to St Johns Road to lighting column 22 approximately 90 metres north of Oldmeldrum Road.
Phase 3; on the west side of the A947 New Stoneywood Road, Aberdeen, from the steps leading to Bankhead Road to lighting column 21 approximately 90 metres north of Oldmeldrum Road.
Phase 4; Bankhead Road, Aberdeen, from its junction with Oldmeldrum Road to the steps leading to the A947 New Stoneywood Road approximately 13 metres north-west of the rail bridge.
