Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 29 August, 2022, until 17:00 on 2 September, 2022, is to close Claremont Street, Aberdeen, between its junction with Claremont Mews and east boundary of 27 Claremont Street. There will also be a prohibition of waiting at any time on both sides of the same stretch of road. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
