Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 04:00 on 10 August, 2022 until 17:00 on 11 August, 2022, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of South Avenue, Aberdeen between School Road and St Devenick's Place. This will operate between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday, for the durations of the works The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during street Lighting works.
