Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the following streets;
Park Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Urquhart Road and Park Road Court from 09:00 on 5th September, 2022, until 17:00 on 6th September, 2022. An alternative route is available via Urquhart Road, Roslin Street and Seaforth Road; Park Road, Aberdeen, from its junction with Roslin Street to the entrance for City Hospital from 09:00 on 8th September, 2022, until 17:00 on 9th September, 2022. An alternative route is available via Roslin Street and Urquhart Road; Roslin Street, Aberdeen, from the boundary between number 9 and 11 Roslin Street to the boundary between number 13 and 15 Roslin Street from 09:00 on 15th September, 2022, until 17:00 on 16th September, 2022. An alternative route is available via Park Road and Urquhart Road; Roslin Street, Aberdeen, from its junction with Urquhart Road to the car park access at the side of Number 16 Roslin Street from 09:00 on 26th September, 2022, until 17:00 on 27th September, 2022. An alternative route is available via Urquhart Road and Park Road
Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible.
There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat; Park Road, Roslin Place, Roslin Street, Seaforth Road, Urquhart Road, Aberdeen from 08:00 on 2nd September, 2022, until 17:00 on 13th October, 2022.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
The no-waiting restrictions will not be implemented for the full duration of the order and will only be implemented as and when required. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 100 metres at a time. Aberdeen City Council maintain the right to reduce this to 50m on any site should they see it as necessary to maintain public safety/access.
