Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:00 on 28 July 2022, until 19:00 on 27 January 2023, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Greenbank Crescent, Aberdeen, from its eastern junction with Greenbank Road to the NESS Energy Project site entrance, between 07:00 and 19:00 Mon-Sat. There will be an exemption for the purpose of loading and unloading vehicles, which will be limited to twenty minutes. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during construction works.
