Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the following street;
Netherview Road, Aberdeen, from the boundary between number 2 and 4 Netherview Road to the gable end of number 5 Netherview Road from 09:00 on 18th August, 2022, until 17:00 on 19th August, 2022. An alternative route is available via Glen Road, Victoria Street, Gladstone Place and Gordon Terrace; Gordon Terrace, Dyce, Aberdeen, from the boundary between number 1 Netherview Road and 24 Gordon Terrace to the boundary between number 29 and 31 Gordon Terrace from 09:00 on 20th August, 2022, until 07:00 on 21st August, 2022. An alternative route is available via Netherview Road, Glen Road, Victoria Street and Gladstone Place; Glen Road, Aberdeen, from its junction with Glen Drive and the boundary between number 5 and 7 Glen Road from 09:00 on 22nd August, 2022, until 17:00 on 23rd August, 2022. An alternative route is available via Glen Drive, Glenhome Avenue and Victoria Street; Netherview Avenue, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Aryburn Row and Bishopsloch Row from 09:00 on 3rd September, 2022, until 07:00 on 4th September, 2022. An alternative route is available via Berrywell Walk, Berrywell Gardens and Gladstone Place.
Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible
There will also be a temporary prohibition of traverse on the following footpaths;
Corby Terrace from the front of number 7 Corby Terrace to Aryburn Row from 09:00 on 24th August, 2022, until 17:00 on 25th August, 2022. An alternative route is available via Netherview Avenue and Aryburn Row; Carlin Terrace from the front of number 6 Carlin Terrace to Aryburn Row from 09:00 on 24th August, 2022, until 17:00 on 25th August, 2022. An alternative route is available via Netherview Avenue and Aryburn Row; Carlin Terrace from the front of number 6 Bishopsloch Row to Bishopsloch Row from 09:00 on 29th August, 2022, until 17:00 on 30th August, 2022. An alternative route is available via Netherview Avenue and Bishopsloch Row; Goval Terrace from the front of number 4 Goval Terrace to Bishopsloch Row from 09:00 on 5th September, 2022, until 17:00 on 6th September, 2022. An alternative route is available via Bishopsloch Row.
There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat; Berrywell Walk, Bishopsloch Row, Gladstone Place, Dyce, Glen Avenue, Glen Drive, Glen Gardens, Glen Road, Glenhome Avenue, Glenhome Crescent, Glenhome Terrace, Gordon Terrace, Dyce, Graeme Avenue, Netherview Avenue, Netherview Road, Aberdeen from 08:00 on 16th August, 2022, until 17:00 on 26th September, 2022.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense
The no-waiting restrictions will not be implemented for the full duration of the order and will only be implemented as and when required. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 100 metres at a time. Aberdeen City Council maintain the right to reduce this to 50m on any site should they see it as necessary to maintain public safety/access.
