Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 27 July 2022, until 18:00 on 1 August 2022, is to impose a temporary no-waiting restriction on the south side of Gladstone Place, Woodside, Aberdeen, from the boundary between numbers 52 and 52a Gladstone Place to the boundary between numbers 58 and 58a Gladstone Place. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during works for Scottish Water.
