Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Cummings Park Circle, Aberdeen, will be closed from the boundary between numbers 59 and 61 Cummings Park Circle to the boundary between numbers 67 and 69 Cummings Park Circle, from 08:00 on 4 July 2022, until 08:00 on 9 July 2022. There will also be a prohibition of waiting at any time on the same stretch of road. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during sewer repair works for Scottish Water.
