Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
There will be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Gardner Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Gardner Place and the service access at the rear of numbers 50-58 Gardner Drive, from 08:00 on 27 June 2022, until 18:00 on 8 July 2022. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during works to construct a new access at a new development.
