Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 24 July, 2022, until 06:00 on 25 July, 2022, is to suspend the waiting for any purpose on either side of King Street, Aberdeen, between its junctions with St Clair Street and Jasmine Terrace. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
From 18:00 on 24 July, 2022, until 06:00 on 25 July, 2022, King Street, Aberdeen will be closed between its junctions with St Clair Street and Jasmine Terrace.
