Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the following streets;
Altonrea Gardens, Aberdeen, from its southern junction with Clashnettie Place to the car park entrance for Dyce Health Centre from 09:00 on 20th August, 2022, until 07:00 on 21st August, 2022. An alternative route is available via Clashnettie Place and the northern junction with Clashnettie Place; Bunzeach Place, Aberdeen, from its junction with Glentanar Crescent to the footpath between number 1 Bunzeach Place and 9 Glentanar Crescent from 09:00 on 22nd August, 2022, until 17:00 on 23rd August, 2022. An alternative route is available via Glentanar Crescent and Ardlair Terrace; Fifehill Park, Aberdeen, from its junction with Netherview Avenue and the entrance for numbers 22/35 Fifehill Park. An alternative route is available via Netherview Avenue, Altonrea Gardens and Clashnettie Place and also on Lickleyhead Way, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Netherview Avenue and Pitfichie Place. An alternative route is available via Netherview Avenue, Todlaw Walk and. Pitfichie Place from 09:00 on 24th August, 2022, until 17:00 on 25th August, 2022; Fifehill Park, Aberdeen, from the entrance for numbers 22/35 Fifehill Park to the footpath between number 21 and 22 Fifehill Park from 09:00 on 26th August, 2022, until 17:00 on 27th August, 2022. An alternative route is available via Netherview Avenue, Altonrea Gardens and Clashnettie Place; Altonrea Gardens, Aberdeen, from its northern junction with Clashnettie Place to the boundary between number 30 and 32 Altonrea Gardens from 09:00 on 29th August, 2022, until 17:00 on 30th August, 2022. An alternative route is available via Clashnettie Place and the southern junction with Clashnettie Place; Tornashean Gardens, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Netherview Avenue and Gallowhill Terrace from 09:00 on 31st August, 2022, until 17:00 on 1st September, 2022. An alternative route is available via Netherview Avenue and Lickleyhead Way; Altonrea Gardens, Aberdeen, from its junction with Brucklay Court to the boundary between number 11 and 13 Altonrea Gardens from 09:00 on 3rd September, 2022, until 07:00 on 4th September, 2022. An alternative route is available via Netherview Avenue, Fifehill Park and Clashnettie Place; Tornashean Gardens, Aberdeen, from the entrance for the No 8-14 Garage Lock Ups to the entrance for the No15-21 Garage Lock Ups from 09:00 on 5th September, 2022, until 17:00 on 6th September, 2022. An alternative route is available via Lickleyhead Way and Netherview Avenue.
Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible.
There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat; Altonrea Gardens, Ardlair Terrace, Bunzeach Place, Fifehill Park, Gallowhill Terrace, Glentanar Crescent, Lickleyhead Way, Netherview Avenue, Pitfichie Lane, Princess Drive, Todllaw Walk, Tornashean Gardens, Aberdeen from 08:00 on 1st August, 2022, until 17:00 on 11th September, 2022.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
The no-waiting restrictions will not be implemented for the full duration of the order and will only be implemented as and when required. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 100 metres at a time. Aberdeen City Council maintain the right to reduce this to 50m on any site should they see it as necessary to maintain public safety/access.
