Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the following streets;
Tornashean Gardens, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Pitfichie Lane and Lickleyhead Way from 09:00 on 1st August, 2022, until 17:00 on 2nd August, 2022. An alternative route is available via Pitfichie Lane, Pitfichie Place and Lickleyhead Way; Pitfichie Lane, Aberdeen, from its junction with Tornashean Gardens to the entrance for the No1-7 Garage Lock Ups from 09:00 on 3rd August, 2022, until 17:00 on 4th August, 2022. An alternative route is available via Tornashean Gardens, Lickleyhead Way and Pitfichie Place; Tornashean Gardens, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Pitfichie Lane and Todlaw Walk from 09:00 on 5th August, 2022, until 17:00 on 6th August, 2022. An alternative route is available via Pitfichie Lane, Pitfichie Place and Todlaw Walk; Todlaw Walk, Aberdeen, from its junction with Pitfichie Place to the boundary between number 19 and 21 Todlaw Walk from 09:00 on 8th August, 2022, until 17:00 on 9th August, 2022. An alternative route is available via Pitfichie Place, Pitfichie Lane and Tornashean Gardens; Ardlair Terrace, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Glentanar Crescent and Todlaw Walk from 09:00 on 10th August, 2022, until 17:00 on 11th August, 2022. An alternative route is available via Todlaw Walk, Netherview Avenue and Dunbennan Road; Glentanar Crescent, Aberdeen, from its junction with Ardlair Terrace to the boundary between number 46 and 48 Glentanar Crescent from 09:00 on 12th August, 2022, until 17:00 on 13th August, 2022. An alternative route is available via Ardlair Terrace and Bunzeach Place; Ardlair Terrace, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Bunzeach Place and Glentanar Crescent from 09:00 on 15th August, 2022, until 17:00 on 16th August, 2022. An alternative route is available via Bunzeach Place and Glentanar Crescent; Todlaw Walk, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Netherview Avenue and Pitfichie Place from 09:00 on 17th August, 2022, until 17:00 on 18th August, 2022. An alternative route is available via Netherview Avenue, Lickleyhead Way and Pitfichie Place; Glentanar Crescent, Aberdeen, from its junction with Bunzeach Place to the boundary between number 18 and 20 Glentanar Crescent from 09:00 on 19th August, 2022, until 17:00 on 20th August, 2022. An alternative route is available via Bunzeach Place and Ardlair Terrace
Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible.
There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat; Altonrea Gardens, Ardlair Terrace, Bunzeach Place, Fifehill Park, Gallowhill Terrace, Glentanar Crescent, Lickleyhead Way, Netherview Avenue, Pitfichie Lane, Princess Drive, Todllaw Walk, Tornashean Gardens, Aberdeen from 08:00 on 1st August, 2022, until 17:00 on 11th September, 2022.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
The no-waiting restrictions will not be implemented for the full duration of the order and will only be implemented as and when required. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 100 metres at a time. Aberdeen City Council maintain the right to reduce this to 50m on any site should they see it as necessary to maintain public safety/access.
