Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 11 July, 2022, until 17:00 on 15 July, 2022, is to have a prohibition of waiting for any purpose on either side of Rosemount Place, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Skene Square and Forbes Street. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. From 09:00 on 11 July, 2022, until 17:00 on 15 July, 2022, one-way restriction on Rosemount Place, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Skene Square and Forbes Street. The direction of flow will be westbound only.
