Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 04:00 on 19 June 2022 until 17:00 on 03 July 2022, is to impose a temporary bus lane suspension on Wellington Road (A956), Aberdeen, between its junction with Balnagask Road and South Esplanade West. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during ACC carriageway resurfacing works.
