Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 4 July 2022 until 17:00 on 12 August 2022, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Charlotte Street, Aberdeen, between its junction with St Andrews Street and street lighting column number 2, for the durations of the works. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during ACC junction refurbishment works.
