Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 4 July 2022 until 17:00 on 19 August 2022, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Raeden Crescent, Aberdeen, for the full length of road and prohibition of waiting on either side of Raeden Place, Aberdeen, for the full length of road, between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday, for the durations of the works. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during ACC lighting column replacement works.
