Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the following streets;
Delgaty Lane, Aberdeen, from its junctions with Belmuir Gardens to the footpath between number 5 and 7 Delgaty Lane from 09:00 on 9th July, 2022, until 07:00 on 10th July, 2022. An alternative route is available via Belmuir Gardens and Sluie Drive; Sluie Drive, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Belrorie Circle and Belmuir Gardens from 09:00 on 12th July, 2022, until 08:45 on 13th July, 2022. An alternative route is available via Belmuir Gardens and Delgaty Lane; Sluie Drive, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Belmuir Gardens and Drinnies Crescent from 09:00 on 19th July, 2022, until 08:45 on 20th July, 2022. An alternative route is available via Belmuir Gardens and Delgaty Lane; Belrorie Circle, Aberdeen, between its western junctions with Raxton Place and the gable end of number 3 Belrorie Circle from 09:00 on 21st July, 2022, until 08:45 on 22nd July, 2022. An alternative route is available via Raxton Place; Raxton Place, Aberdeen, from the footpath between number 2 Raxton Place and 6 Belrorie Circle to the boundary between number 6 and 8 Raxton Place from 09:00 on 23rd July, 2022, until 07:00 on 24th July, 2022. An alternative route is available via Belrorie Circle; Belmuir Gardens, Aberdeen, from its junction with Delgaty Lane to entrance for the garages between number 26 and 28 Belmuir Gardens from 09:00 on 25th July, 2022, until 08:45 on 26th July, 2022. An alternative route is available via Delgaty Lane and Sluie Drive; Drinnies Crescent, Aberdeen, from the footpath between number 5 and 7 Drinnies Crescent to the car park entrance opposite number 11 Drinnies Crescent from 09:00 on 27th July, 2022, until 08:45 on 28th July, 2022. An alternative route is available via Sluie Drive and Garmaddie Lane; Garmaddie Lane, Aberdeen, from its junction with Drinnies Crescent to the car park entrance at the rear of number 17 Drinnies Crescent from 09:00 on 29th July, 2022, until 08:45 on 30th July, 2022. An alternative route is available via Sluie Drive and Drinnies Crescent; Delgaty Lane, Aberdeen, from its junctions with Sluie Drive to the rear of number 46 Sluie Drive from 09:00 on 30th July, 2022, until 07:00 on 31st July, 2022. An alternative route is available via Sluie Drive and Belmuir Gardens
Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible.
There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat; Ardlair Terrace, Balloch Way, Belmuir Gardens, Belrorie Circle, Berrywell Walk, Craignook Road, Delgaty Lane, Drinnies Crescent, Dunbennan Road, Garmaddie Lane, Milleath Walk, Muirton Crescent, Netherview Avenue, Princess Crescent, Princess Drive, Princess Road, Princess Walk, Princess Way, Raxton Place, Sluie Drive, Aberdeen from 08:00 on 8th July, 2022, until 17:00 on 18th August, 2022.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
The no-waiting restrictions will not be implemented for the full duration of the order and will only be implemented as and when required. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 100 metres at a time. Aberdeen City Council maintain the right to reduce this to 50m on any site should they see it as necessary to maintain public safety/access.
