Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the following streets;
Princess Crescent, Aberdeen, from the boundary between number 13 and 15 Princess Crescent to the footpath between number 17 and 19 Princess Crescent from 09:00 on 8th July, 2022, until 08:45 on 9th July, 2022. An alternative route is available via Princess Drive and Netherview Avenue; Princess Crescent, Aberdeen, from its junction with Netherview Avenue to the footpath between number 2 and 3 Corby Terrace from 09:00 on 11th July, 2022, until 08:45 on 12th July, 2022. An alternative route is available via Princess Drive and Netherview Avenue; Princess Drive, from the boundary between number 28 and 30 Princess Drive to the to the footpath between number 38 and 40 Princess Drive from 09:00 on 13th July, 2022, until 08:45 on 14th July, 2022. An alternative route is available via Princess Road and Netherview Avenue; Netherview Avenue, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Sluie Drive and Princess Drive from 09:00 on 16th July, 2022, until 07:00 on 17th July, 2022. An alternative route is available via Sluie Drive and Balloch Way; Princess Drive, Aberdeen, from its junction with Netherview Avenue to the footpath between number 8 Princess Terrace and 2 Princess Drive from 09:00 on 18th July, 2022, until 08:45 on 19th July, 2022. An alternative route is available via Netherview Avenue and Princess Road; Berrywell Walk, Aberdeen, from its junction with Netherview Avenue and the boundary between number 26 and 38 Berrywell Walk from 09:00 on 20th July, 2022, until 08:45 on 21st July, 2022. An alternative route is available via Netherview Avenue, Gladstone Place and Graeme Avenue; Belrorie Circle, Aberdeen, between its eastern junctions with Sluie Drive and Raxton Place from 09:00 on 22nd July, 2022, until 08:45 on 23rd July, 2022. An alternative route is available via Sluie Drive and the western junction with Sluie Drive; Princess Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Princess Walk and Netherview Avenue from 09:00 on 5th August, 2022, until 08:45 on 6th August, 2022. An alternative route is available via Princess Drive and Netherview Avenue; Sluie Drive, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Netherview Avenue and Belrorie Circle from 09:00 on 10th August, 2022, until 08:45 on 11th August, 2022. An alternative route is available via Netherview Avenue and Balloch Way.
Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible
There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat; Ardlair Terrace, Balloch Way, Belmuir Gardens, Belrorie Circle, Berrywell Walk, Craignook Road, Delgaty Lane, Drinnies Crescent, Dunbennan Road, Garmaddie Lane, Milleath Walk, Muirton Crescent, Netherview Avenue, Princess Crescent, Princess Drive, Princess Road, Princess Walk, Princess Way, Raxton Place, Sluie Drive, Aberdeen from 08:00 on 8th July, 2022, until 17:00 on 18th August, 2022.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
The no-waiting restrictions will not be implemented for the full duration of the order and will only be implemented as and when required. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 100 metres at a time. Aberdeen City Council maintain the right to reduce this to 50m on any site should they see it as necessary to maintain public safety/access.
