Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 27th June 2022 until 08:00 on 25th July 2022, is to impose the temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Provost Mitchell Circle from east boundary of number 43 Denmore Court to a point 45m east, for the duration of the works. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during street lighting works.
