Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 06 June 2022, until 22:00 on 05 December 2022, is to impose a temporary no-waiting restriction on either side of Devenick Place, Aberdeen, from the parking bay at number 4 Devenick Place to the driveway at number 19 Devenick Place. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during the movement of construction vehicles at a new development.
