Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 06 June 2022 until 17:00 on 17 July 2022, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Woodburn Crescent, Aberdeen, from number 1 to 37 between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday, for the durations of the works. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during ACC footway resurfacing works.
