Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 04:00 on 27 May, 2022 until 17:00 on 10 June, 2022, is to impose a prohibition of driving on Oldmeldrum Road, Aberdeen, from Inverurie Road to Malcolm Road. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on the same stretch of carriageway. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. There will also be a suspension of the one-way system on Station Road, Aberdeen. Two-way temporary traffic signals will be in operation. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC carriageway resurfacing works.
