Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order is to impose a temporary no-waiting restriction on either side of Clifton Road, Aberdeen, from its junction with Greenmore Gardens to the boundary between numbers 203-205 and 207 Clifton Road, and on either side of Hilton Avenue, Aberdeen, from its junction with Clifton Road to the eastern boundary of number 7 Hilton Avenue, and on either side of Piries Lane, Aberdeen, from its junction with Clifton Rad to the electric sub-station 30m in north-easterly direction. The northernmost side of Greenmore Gardens, Aberdeen, from its junction with Clifton Road to the rear of number 158 Clifton Road, shall be reserved for Disabled Blue Badge Scheme holders. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during works for BT Openreach.
