Burnside Walk, Aberdeen, from its junction with Burnside Road to the boundary between number 42 and 44 Burnside Walk from 09:00 on 14th May, 2022, until 07:00 on 15th May, 2022. An alternative route is available via Burnside Road and Wellheads Road; Burnside Walk, Aberdeen, from its junction with Burnside Drive to the boundary between number 4 and 6 Burnside Walk from 09:00 on 19th May, 2022, until 17:00 on 20th May, 2022. An alternative route is available via Burnside Drive and Burnside Road;Burnside Drive, Aberdeen, from its junction with Burnside Walk to the entrance for Travelodge from 09:00 on 30th May, 2022, until 17:00 on 31st May, 2022. An alternative route is available via Burnside Road and Wellheads Road; Burnside Drive, Aberdeen, from the entrance for ComCab to the entrance for Technic FMC from 09:00 on 1st June, 2022, until 17:00 on 2nd June, 2022. An alternative route is available via Burnside Road and Wellheads Road; Wellheads Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Burnside Road and Burnside Walk from 09:00 on 3rd June, 2022, until 17:00 on 4th June, 2022. An alternative route is available via Burnside Road and Burnside Drive; Burnside Walk, Aberdeen, from its junction with Wellheads Road to the boundary between number 31 and 33 Burnside Walk from 09:00 on 6th June, 2022, until 17:00 on 7th June, 2022. An alternative route is available via Wellheads Road and Burnside Road; Overton Circle, Aberdeen, from its western junction with Riverview Drive to the entrance for Aberdeen Marriot Hotel. An alternative route is available via Riverview Drive and eastern junction with Riverview Drive and also Wellheads Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Riverview Drive and Burnside Road. An alternative route is available via Riverview Drive and Burnside Road from 09:00 on 8th June, 2022, until 17:00 on 9th June, 2022; Wellheads Road, Aberdeen, from the entrance for Units 1-8 Farburn Industrial Estate to the entrance for Falck Training Centre from 09:00 on 10th June, 2022, until 17:00 on 11th June, 2022. An alternative route is available via Riverview Drive and Burnside Road;
Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible.
There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat; Burnside Drive, Burnside Park, Burnside Road, Burnside Walk, Riverview Drive, Stoneywood Road, Wellheads Avenue, Wellheads Road, Aberdeen from 08:00 on 2nd May, 2022, until 17:00 on 12th June, 2022.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
The no-waiting restrictions will not be implemented for the full duration of the order and will only be implemented as and when required. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 100 metres at a time. Aberdeen City Council maintain the right to reduce this to 50m on any site should they see it as necessary to maintain public safety/access.
