Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 30th May, 2022, until 18:00 on 3rd June, 2022, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on the east side of Prince Arthur Street, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Carden Place and Albert Lane.

Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones.

The measure is necessary to protect public safety during duct laying works being carried out by City Fibre.
